These guys worked tirelessly digging up my foundation to properly waterproof and make sure no more water comes in. “Joseph redid my front landscaping for me, since mostly everything died from a flood the previous December. Since it was late in the season, and some weather obstacles, Joseph managed to squeeze my job in. His initial rendering was beautiful , but above my budget and also, I felt too much for someone who doesn’t have a green thumb. He worked with me to make changes, still keeping his designer vision, and my goal alive! The results are amazing and I can’t wait to see it all come to real life in the spring. (I hope I don’t screw it up)!! To add, there were some rules and regulations that had to be followed posed by the town I live in. “Working with Design and Build Landscape was an absolute pleasure. My backyard renovation included demolition of a large brick patio, repair of a crumbling patio that was attached to my home, pruning of trees and installation of sod and a bluestone path. Project manager Lance came up with a design that worked with my budget and he was always reliable in his communication with me throughout this 6 day labor intensive project. What Lance’s team created exceeded my expectations in quality and beauty. The work was also done in an extremely timely manner. “I will never look for another company, if ever I need him again, it will always be this one. I also recommend this company to anyone. As I am writing this Jose is cleaning the front of my house for the second time lol (they are working in the back). John was easy to work with, if he didn’t have an answer his Forman Jose’ did. The plans were beautiful and I got caught up and said do everything, unfortunately I didn’t think about my own mobility. That being said, when I finally got the nerve up to tell John that the retaining wall they just built a few days earlier wouldn’t be good for me and needed to be changed he was extremely understanding. With no hesitation, they took that wall down and redid it making small steps. It is gorgeous and I am so thankful that I went with this company. They figured out how to change the design even though Jose’ and John were concerned about the drainage, job well done. I could go on about the hard workers, as I can’t say enough about this company. Pavers are done and looking beautiful soon the sod will be down and I will get busy so I want to make sure I write this review and make sure that they know how much I appreciate what a wonderful job they did everything this absolutely beautiful.
