They cut down two massive trees on my property, one in which got me very nervous with the way it was leaning. They even moved my big patio gazebo out of the way, and put everything back and cleaned up the yard as if they weren't there. In fact, they left the yard cleaner than when they arrived! As I am writing this Jose is cleaning the front of my house for the second time lol (they are working in the back). John was easy to work with, if he didn’t have an answer his Forman Jose’ did. The plans were beautiful and I got caught up and said do everything, unfortunately I didn’t think about my own mobility. That being said, when I finally got the nerve up to tell John that the retaining wall they just built a few days earlier wouldn’t be good for me and needed to be changed he was extremely understanding. With no hesitation, they took that wall down and redid it making small steps. It is gorgeous and I am so thankful that I went with this company. They figured out how to change the design even though Jose’ and John were concerned about the drainage, job well done. I could go on about the hard workers, as I can’t say enough about this company. Pavers are done and looking beautiful soon the sod will be down and I will get busy so I want to make sure I write this review and make sure that they know how much I appreciate what a wonderful job they did everything this absolutely beautiful. “I usually call at least 3 different companies to see who is the Best. Well I only picked my first Landscaping company by the 1st one who was first on my list. Personal Touch Landscaping company was my first choice. I called and I had chosen the Perfect Touch, My appointment for an estimate Steve said I will be able to get to me and I got a young man who was on time for our meeting and estimate on the exact time, I received the Greatest kindness and respect I was treated like a family member. Steve & his Son listen to me and I was so Grateful for their Kindness and respect. I never received any kind of treatment like that from anyone who was very Professional. I received an estimate within a 24 hour window time. I hired Steve’s company and they did the work as scheduled and on time.
