After reading several bad reviews, I was pleasantly surprised with the service I received. They were quick to respond and our service tech could not be more knowledgeable about our ductless unit. He had the problem diagnosed and fixed in an hour. He was also friendly, polite and professional.

My experience with Island Controls have been stellar. We originally got our central air conditioning done in 2016, and they were recommended by my best friends who had had a fire in their home and since the walls were exposed, they decided to install their system. They chose Island, and that is how we found them. We have done the annual contract for service each year, and we have found it to be good insurance with our system. Now, we are having our water heater installed next month with them, and they really treat us like we are family. I believe they treat our home like it's their Mother's.
