Charlie is a true professional. He inspected property for me in Oneonta, and drafted thorough reports for each. The reports included photographs and descriptions, and he took the time to explain the issues to me afterward, to make sure I understood. I recommend him if you are looking for a knowledgable and trustworthy home inspector.

I cannot be more satisfied with Charlie's work. We were able to schedule an inspection on a home in very short notice. Charlie is timely and thorough. He communicates effectively and is transparent. Most impressive is Charlie's breadth of knowledge, I learned much more than I had expected in one morning with Charlie. He also has an appropriate sense of humor.Would highly recommend Charlie if you are looking to have a home inspected, and not leave a stone unturned.
