I cannot be more satisfied with Charlie's work. We were able to schedule an inspection on a home in very short notice. Charlie is timely and thorough. He communicates effectively and is transparent. Most impressive is Charlie's breadth of knowledge, I learned much more than I had expected in one morning with Charlie. He also has an appropriate sense of humor.Would highly recommend Charlie if you are looking to have a home inspected, and not leave a stone unturned.

My wife and I just looked at a house in Oneonta and they provided a home inspection for us on short notice. Charlie gave us a very detailed inspection of the home and found issues with the roof and furnace, potentially saving us thousands of dollars in future repairs. Most importantly, my wife was very happy with the service. I’d recommend them to anyone looking to buy a home in the area.

I hired Charlie Reiman to provide my home inspection during my property purchase in the Cooperstown area. Charlie was very knowledgeable and thorough providing an exceptional inspection report.
