I've had the pleasure of working with Attorney Birch and Co for several years in my capacity as a Realtor and have grown to appreciate his professionalism, insight, and ability to keep the big picture in mind. He is also a very kind and personable man, who sees the best in others. Much needed qualities in our profession. Recently my wife and I retained Attorney Birch for our own legal needs, including estate planning and real estate representation. Top Notch Team!! Schlather and Birch was referred by their affiliate Abstract Company! Abstract was completed in under a week. Mr. Birch, Lauren, Susan and the team got my property purchase done faaasssttt!!! We received update emails from all the staff involved throughout the entire process. The seller had been ignored by their 2 attorneys. I take the credit in finding the Birch team! Seller and buyer handled in house! Everyone, again, thank you so much for everything! I know I have an extended family at Schlather & Birch to take care of my needs!!

I have been a client of Schlather & Birch for many years now, since moving to Cooperstown in the mid 1990's. I have particularly worked with Bob Birch but know and respect his partner, Mr. Schlather. I have had excellent service and legal advice as well as friendship there. The Staff is courteous and professional and above all friendly. Their Law office is the quintessential country law office, with sophisticated professionalism and services that include tax and accounting services as well.
