I used one plumber for years until he retired. Then I tried several others before I found H&R. They show up when they say they will, explain what's happening, encourage me to try to do some stuff by myself before I spend money. They are careful, efficient, neat, and their prices certainly are not high. I'm delighted that they were recommended to me.
