Had this company come to diagnose our central A/C because it was not cooling. The technician said we had a small leak but did not have his equipment to properly diagnose. He recharged the system after I said to not unless he finds the leak. He said the office would reschedule to come and locate the leak which they did not do. I called them this summer because it was not cooling again, I left several messages and emails for two weeks before the office manager responded. She told me they were too busy and that I should contact another company to fix it, after I paid them $500 in cash. She did not offer me an appointment at all.
