Spectrum Locksmith hands down one of the BEST lock & key services we've ever hired.
Bob & Spectrum Locksmith is old school attention to detail, hard working, reliable, yes man, profoundly good guys, whom go over and beyond to fix difficult locks and door knobs.
Seems silly to bring religion into this, but Thank God Bob & Spectrum Locksmith exist. I don't know what we would do without their outstanding service.
Bob was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and clearly very experienced with older mortise lock systems. He was able to replace a failing mortise lock in my co-op while still preserving my original exterior glass doorknob, which was very important to me aesthetically.
In addition to the mortise lock issue, he also addressed 2 separate doorknob problems during the same visit, including one that could easily have turned into a much larger issue had it not been discovered proactively.
Everything was handled efficiently and professionally, and the pricing was very fair for the amount of work completed.
