I would give Olympia 10 stars if I could. They came when I needed them. They were super RESPONSIVE. I called and someone picked up. They were friendly and easy to talk to. Took my info and told me what the next steps would be. Steven called me back in a timely fashion and also was able to come within a very reasonable time frame. He let me know 20 minutes before coming over which I appreciated. He and Kosta were FRIENDLY yet PROFESSIONAL. KNOWLEDGEABLE and also patient in explaining to me what they were doing. I had my gas burner serviced today. We also needed to replace two expantion tanks. One on the furnace and one on the domestic hot water tank. The two machanics, Kosta and Andres were very professional and Kosta was super knowledgeable about both systems. I was very satisfied and pleased with the Olympia Service Team !!

I am longtime oil heat customer of Olympia, and I have always had a great experience. For the first time, I used them to repair my minisplits. Steven and Kosta were able to get the system in perfect working order that same day. I appreciate their prompt and professional service.
