My husband and I look the leap to move out of the city, and we were so happy to have Ann on the journey with us! It was so great having someone by our side that was so knowledgeable about the area and so excited to have more folks move to the Hudson Valley (we found our home in New Paltz).More than anything - Ann was so patient and so supportive at every turn. Throughout the entire process she was helpful, patient, and communicative and always provided her honest and insightful advice. Claudia should be kept a secret so I hesitate to write this review, but sometimes you just have to do the right thing for the greater good. To say she goes above and beyond is an understatement. She is a breath of fresh air in a cut-throat business (especially in this market). She responds instantly, listens, is willing to get dirty (literally), does her research, is tireless and smart, has a sense of humor, is reasonable, and follows up even after there is nothing else to be gained. I can't recommend Claudia and this small, local business more highly. Thank you!
