Today was the second time in a year I used Rapid Responce Basement solutions. The first time was for a foundation repair where they literally saved me thousands of dollars versus another heavily advertised basement company. Today was to install a sump pump system with a battery back up. Extremely happy with both and would definitely recommend them. Very happy with Rick and his team!

Josh and his team litterally just finished working on our basement. We could not ask for a better experience! They were professional, timely and cleaned up after themselves beautifully. We are so thankful for the hard work they put in to enhance our basement. 10 out of 10 service.

I am extremely happy with my Rapid Response experience. They show up on time and do the job exactly as quoted. Josh James and crew know exactly what to do and work like beasts. If I had a service business I would hire them in a heartbeat. I would recommend Rick and his company to anyone that needs a French drain and sump pump system.
