Through my years of home ownership in Schoharie County I have had my share of experience with hired contractors for various tasks that needed professional guidance and care. Unfortunately, too many of my experiences have lacked the reliability and professionalism that I was charged for. For the most part I have learned the lesson "let the buyer beware" the hard way.
