“They called right back, very willing to squeeze in my daughter's water problem. If you need anything repaired give them a call. You will not be disappointed. ?”

RFC Contracting
“I don't live in Utica anymore but was visiting our vacant family home there for a few days when I noticed that our water main shut off valve was leaking. Robert (owner) accommodated my schedule and had a plumber cut out the old one and replaced it on the second to last day of my visit, sparing me the big headache of trying to oversee this repair from across the country. This was especially impressive because he had to coordinate with the city water board to dig out and shut off the main outside, which was under a foot of snow. I assume this step would have taken weeks for a less experienced and well-connected plumber.”
Scharf Plumbing and Drain
“Great family owned company. I called to make an appointment regarding a slow draining laundry sink in my basement. Frank was very knowledgable and got me right on the schedule. I ended up clearing the clog myself so I didn’t need the company to come out. Frank was understanding and never pressured me at any point. My positive experience speaks to Frank’s kindness and customer focused business model.
I will use this company in future for my plumbing needs.”
