Vista Opticals came to the rescue and treated me with kindness and care at one of the worst moments of my life. We lost my father last January, and when he was initially taken to the ER several weeks before that, his glasses were broken. My parents' usual optometrist told my mom that it would cost $600 to fix them, which was outrageous, so I took his glasses and searched for eyeglass repair, and discovered Vista Opticals right around the corner. Joe is great! He is kind, patient, you can tell he loves what he does, and he is deatil-oriented. A few years ago my dad’s insurance switched and we couldn’t see him anymore, but that honestly didn’t stop me, even when I went on my own insurance! I will go to him for anything and I will pay outright for his business. I have been to a few other places for glasses and they never really exceeded my expectations. Joe always has the best frames and has outstanding service. I will always recommend him!
First went to Vista Opticals for new glasses after cataract surgery (early 2021). The chain optical seller I had previously used left the impression that they were more interested in maximizing the $ amount of the sale, and not in the best interest of the customer. Not so here! He took plenty of time to explain options and was way more helpful in handling the insurance end of the transaction. Maximum satisfaction on my part.Recently had an incident where I popped out a lens and slightly bent the frame.
