So far so good, everyone very nice, gym looks clean. I met a movie star there, #rjwolfe from daredevil and the purge and knives out, a really nice guy who said he was trying out the gym while filming in NY.

Such a fantastic gym!
I've been a Monday through Friday regular at either 5am or 7am for about a year and a half now and I have nothing but good things to say about this gym.
At the times I've gone, it's never been too crowded. There's an abundance of cardio machines so I've never once had to wait for one. For any of the lifting equipment/machines, if I've ever had to wait, it's never been long and most people have always been happy to let me work in too.
The gym is always clean and any broken equipment has been fixed within a few days. Bathrooms and lockers are spotless and stocked... read full review

I have been a member of their gym since 2018, in Clifton Park NY, but l was living in Las Vegas for 7 years as my Son is the Executive Vice President of Video Production and Entertainment for the Vegas Golden Knights and in September l moved to Saratoga Springs to be close to my son and Grandkids who live in Clifton Park NY. Love the gym and l am 75, and the key to my success is consistency.
