Because I saw the Pro Painters trailer at my neighbors house, I called on Wednesday July 2, 2025 and the receptionist scheduled a quote for Thursday July 3, 2025. When no one showed up at the designated time, I called back and was told someone would call me shortly. Today is July 7, 2025 and no one has contacted me. I cannot speak to Pro Painters’ work, but their customer service seems to be lacking.

I called this company on May 13, 2025 and scheduled an appointment for May 19, 2025 for an estimate with an arrival time of 10 - 12. At 12:30 pm I called to check the status of my appointment. The person I talked to took my information and stated someone will call me right away. At 1 pm, I called back and talked to a different person, my information was taken again and said that I would receive a call. It's now 2 pm with no response. I asked the person that I was talking if I was on their schedule for today. I was informed that I was speaking to an off site receptionist. She couldn't tell me who I had an appointment with or tell me if I had an appointment at all. Apparently, they don't have access to the company's schedule. I decided to call another company because I don't trust if the company would show up for the job, even if I received an estimate.

We were very pleased with the painting job that Pro Painters did in our condominium. Scott kept us informed, quickly replied to any questions I had and his crew was polite and did excellent work.

Scott and his staff are consummate professionals. They offer excellent communication and high quality work - what more could you ask for?
They just wrapped up the third job I've had them do at my house over the past 5 years or so and I'll have them back again the very next time I need some paint work done.
Be it a large job or a small one - they truly are, Pro Painters!

So extremely impressed with this company. Working with Scott was a breeze. He was happy to give me as many quotes as I wanted for my project. His team arrived exactly when he estimated. I'm glad I asked for ceiling, trim and walls because the completed project is gorgeous. I can't wait to book them again.

I hired them to paint my deck. I was not notified when they would come until I got a call that they would arrive in 30 minutes. They painted the deck during a very rainy period. It also rained directly after the final coat. They did come back and did a touch up. But two months later the paint is peeling in multiple spots and I can not even get a return phone call. They clearly do not stand behind their work. I do not recommend this company at allService: Exterior painting
