The three stars are for the friendliness upon arriving, cleanliness, and expediency in which I was served as a customer. The lacking of two stars is wholly due to the nail technician. Twice I was hurt by one of the instruments; and, the other issue was the continued use of a wet towel at my feet. It was never replaced nor was it even turned over to a drier side. When it was time for my nails to be painted she put my flip flops on with my having wet feet. When I got up to leave I was sliding all over in my shoes and couldn’t wait to leave. I see bad reviews and not 100% sure why. Ive been there probably a good 5-10xs and I cant think of anything that ever really upset me. My water is usually hot. Everything is done nicely usually. Ive never been for anything outside a pedicure but I have no real complaints. My favorite time to go is in the morning when its empty and the sunlight comes through the big windows. Very relaxing.

I showed up without an appt didn't realized they closed 15 mins later. They never once said anything about the time, I asked and at 6:45, they said they were closed already. I had ordered the BlueBerry mask Pedicure, which included a 20 min massage. I never felt rushed, had amazing service. Pedicure was Fantastic!!! Thank you for the kind, patience and Professionalism.
