I had a zoom whitening procedure performed. Megan was terrific, kept me comfortable and let me know what was going on every step of the way. And the results exceeded my expectations.

Clifton Park Family Dentistry is a wonderful dental practice ! I love it so much here I have my whole family going now. Dr. Felpo is an excellent dentist ! He is always there to greet you with a smile and he takes his time to explain what he will be doing. I genuinely feel cared for, comfortable and at ease. His assistant Fran, is also very friendly and makes the process easy. Such an amazing team ! !

I was in excruciating pain. I called right when they opened. They got me in within a hr and fixed my issue right away. So appreciative. The staff was so pleasant and helpful as well. Will be going here from now on.

The dental hygienist was very rude when I had my cleaning because I stated I was going to be moving out of state and would wait until I see new dentist for X-rays because they will require to have their own x-rays. She had an attitude the rest of the visit. The dentist told me that I had two cavities and he could fix it before I moved. I came in that week to get them filled. Dentist never told me that one of them would require a “ partial” cap sent out to be made that I would have to wait 3 to 4 weeks to come in. I am move next week and not going to have the tooth fixed in time. They are putting a rush on it. Called today to ask if the rush was put in. The receptionist was rude to me when I explained the situation and what happened that this is not my fault that I might not be able to have it fixed if not done by next week. She was rude and not willing to help the situation. Not happy with the communication with patients.

These ar e the best dentists and dental hygienists that have ever worked on my teeth. They are friendly, knowledgable and skilled. They are very thorough and clearly explain what they are doing and take the fear out of visiting the dentist office. The office is comfortable and state of the art, using the latest technology.
