Made an appointment about 2 weeks in advance, talked to the lady and booked the appointment for an early morning appointment as I left that night for a wedding. When I got there, I was about 15 minutes early so I waited for someone to come by. When she did, I told here I was early for an appointment. She asked if my name was some name, I said no, and told her my name and she said she had no appointment for me at all. All About U really isn't all about the customer. The staff is All About THEM and screwing the customer over. Rick Kelsey is an overrated and incompetent former celebrity hairstylist gone all wrong (and still tanking - have you seen his terrible eyebrow tattoo and ridiculous comb over?). I think the people who've rated him highly obviously have no sense in style or class and are still stuck in a style warp. The management here is SO fake (Lori Manny) and really does know how to talk the talk, but can't walk the talk (I agree with the other reviewer - she's very cold!)...I'm shocked that this place is still in business! The massage therapist on staff is great .. and Alaine the hairstylist there is great... but the place overall seems kinda thrown together and cold . the owner doesnt strike me as genuine person, and I wouldnt recommend this place for a spa experience.... but if you need a good massage or haircut (by Alaine) do check them out !
