New Customer Experience: I was able to communicate with Jill ahead of time on how I planned to transition from my faded copper red to my natural brunette color with blonde highlights. She worked closely with Cassie to reach my desired look and provided educational points for Cassie throughout my appointment. Cassie was so professional and a pleasure to sit for! She was also able to recommend and sell me a hair product for a hair concern I have (daily tangles).
