I took my first hot yoga class and Asherdee was absolutely amazing. She was so welcoming and made me feel comfortable right away. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and guides you through each pose in an encouraging, supportive way, while still challenging you enough to get the most out of the class.
The studio itself is beautiful, inviting, and peaceful. I was nervous to try hot yoga since I am new to it, but I have zero regrets. I’ve discovered something I truly enjoy doing for myself, and I’m so grateful for the experience. Give Breathe In Serenity a try - you won’t be disappointed!

Seaway Marine Group has completed two significant jobs for us; one on an emergency basis, one as a planned upgrade. We are on a private island on the St Lawrence Seaway. The island’s location is such that prevailing winds and storms cause significant wave action. Several years ago we had a late October storm that pushed our boat port and 10 tons of anchors away from the island, collapsing a 25’ attached ramp into the water. In the spring, Seaway Marine responded to my call to evaluate the boat port damage and provide an estimate to reposition it, retrieve and repair the ramp and reset the anchors. The work was done quickly and with great quality. Now three years later the boat port has not budged, even after another late October storm last year.An upgrade to our upriver seawall was planned to prevent the old concrete wall from collapse. I contracted with Seaway Marine in 2021 for this work. The work was completed in the early fall of 2022 and we are beyond pleased. This work involved about 120’ of shoreline reinforcement with DOT rip rap. The finished product has the appearance of hand laid boulders. How Seaway was able to place these huge boulders of limestone with precision and beauty is a testament to their skills.I recommend Seaway Marine without reservation for any of your marine construction needs.

Very nice, but simple course. Everything is easy to find. Mostly a back and forth course. Prices are very reasonable. One dollar hotdogs are great. Not very crowded, and people move along at a good pace, or let you play through.

Fred Bach Jr came out to my property to look at having a private marina installed. They did the excavation over the past winter and I just saw it for the first time memorial weekend. What a fantastic job. Absolutely unbelievable They are the best. Pricing was reasonable and I am blown away by the craftsmanship of the whole project. This is the company you want!!!
