Asherdee is truly incredible at what she does! Having experienced her Integrative Medical Massage on numerous occasions, I can confidently say that she is a true master of her craft. I've always had the best experience working with Asherdee. Her vast knowledge is evident in each session and I continually feel better after each visit. I wholeheartedly recommend her services to anyone seeking a clinical approach to message therapy!

Asherdee is incredibly skilled and intuitive. Breathe in Serenity is very intentionally designed to foster the transition to self-care from the moment you walk in the door. I’m a chaplain and the bulk of my work revolves around trauma counseling and physical fitness—the Integrative Medical Massage always releases the deep-seated tension that comes from both the physical and emotional aspects of work. I recommend her to anyone whose performance relies on managing physical or mental stress.

First off... Asherdee is a Godsend! I have had trouble standing (shaking so bad that I would have to sit down almost immediately) since 2017. I have done test after test with many doctors, specialist and neurologist. Nothing had seemed to help me. Medication made my symptoms worse. They first told me I had orthostatic Tremors in my legs. Which only seemed to get worse with time. Lots of pain. Then they said I was diagnosed wrong.After seeing results from when my husband went to Asherdee, I had to ask her if she could help?!
