Had an emergency service at 9pm with my breaker arcing and they sent someone out immediately and walked me through how to safely identify and shut off what I needed to while I was still on the initial call.
All other services I called were answering services who wanted to schedule an appointment with no concern for the homeowner. Bergovec took care of my immediate concern and ensured the safe operation of my electrical panel and my home.
Their technician was knowledgeable and friendly while showing me what to do for future issues and quickly isolating the problem and repairing it.
