I was visiting from AZ and my mini-woodle had terrible itching with scabs and an ulcer on the ear flap. When I called and left a message, the office called me immediately and got her in a few hours later. Dr Ross explained everything he found and thank goodness it was just allergies. He suggested solutions for her itching and put a long lasting med on her ear ulcer. Everyone at this office was very kind and professional. I would and will go back if she still has problems. Very good vet clinic! Have been seeing them for years with my cats and they provide honest and compassionate care and don’t just see their patients as dollar signs walking in the door. It’s obvious the doctors and staff love and care about what they do and care for each animal that they see and also the owners of the animal. Good people who provide good care.
