Victoria and Julian were extremely professional and courteous. It was a very thoughtful experience. I appreciated their efficiency. I was in and out in about an hour and the waiting room was extremely clean and comfortable. They had water and coffee available along with the television to pass the time. The only thing that was extremely disappointing, was that their company management decides to replace windshields with clear glass when the original equipment from the manufacturer uses a windshield that had a sun tint on the top. I really did feel like you were getting a subpar part.

I visited two other shops for a chip repair and was told by both that I needed a full windshield replacement. I scheduled an appointment here through my insurance and explained the situation to the technician. They were able to fix the chip perfectly without a replacement, and didn't try to upsell the replacement. I really appreciate their honesty and integrity. Highly recommend this location!

While I was disappointed that the timeframe I was provided for my appointment passed and I did not receive any communications from Safelite on when a technician would be arriving so I had to call and be told a technician would be contacting me which was not helpful. I will say the technician Julian that came out was absolutely phenomenal. He changed my experience from a poor experience to a wonderful experience. He was very professional, and went above and beyond to fix our windshield and ensure everything was working as it should be. Solely due to Julian I would rate our experience 1,000/10. Highly recommend Safelite technician Julian! Thank you for your assistance!
