I am a newcomer to Crystal Clear Pools and Spas having just recently purchased a hot tub from them. Before I made the purchase, I visited three local pool and spa stores to do a little comparative shopping. My first impression of Crystal Clear P & S was they did not have the corporate feel of the other two places I had visited that day. They were owned by two brothers who struck me as real and down to earth people. They offered me a far better deal than any other offer I had gotten that day. Crystal Clear Pools & Spa’s is my top recommendation for anyone looking to install. Their owner is extremely friendly and professional and their installation team were prompt, efficient and informative when installing our new hot tub. They let us know they are available anytime for any questions, concerns, service, etc.

We just bought a spa and had it delivered by John and Pete from the Cicero store. Install on Friday was great but had some issues with start up and we diagnosed together over the phone and John showed up Saturday morning and discovered a ground came loose in transport. All is well and I’m very happy with the service. We will definitely use the crew again.
