Vern and Abe have gone above and beyond to keep my 2002 Ford Ranger running. This vehicle was a gift from my Dad to my son before he passed away.
They stopped manufacturing many of the parts for this vehicle. My last trip to Verns required them to hunt down an Intake Manifold. I'm sure they spent many hours and found one in Canada. To shorten this story They were able to make the repair and get the check engine light off and the truck is still running great. I know it would have been easier for them to just say hay sorry they don't make those parts anymore. I originally met Vern as a customer at my job, where I was helping him out, and later on I ended up needing to bring my own vehicle to his shop when I ran into some mechanical issues. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. His guys were patient, honest, and took the time to explain everything clearly instead of rushing me or trying to upsell anything unnecessary. His attitude and advice alone made the difference, and the work backed it up. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing things the right way. Hands down the best auto shop there is—highly recommend Vern’s Auto to anyone looking for trustworthy, quality service.
Absolutely 1 of the best mechanics I have ever been too. They don't over charge, rip you off and explain everything. They are all very friendly and professional. 1000% recommend taking your car issues to them. Went with 1 problem, came home after it got fixed. Noticed a new issue, called and they said to bring it in to look at it, found it right away and am going back to get that replaced (radiator hose is cracked) very thankful they helped!
