The staff is always SUPER FRIENDLY and my dog bear loves them all! They are always happy to explain thing and help me when I don't understand. Especially with my pup ageing I wouldn't have any other vet <3

We have moved away from Churchville, but have to say Dr. Parsons and his staff have always been warm professional, and attentive. We shall miss them. Steve and Mary Clarke for Holly our cat

We have been bringing our pets to this office for a couple of years, and the front desk staff—especially Bunny—has always been kind. Unfortunately, a recent situation has made us decide to move our care elsewhere.

Our dog has struggled with chronic UTIs since birth, and we have worked with this office for nearly two years to try and find the cause. At the vet’s recommendation, we saw a specialist, who suggested an extended 8-week course of antibiotics due to the specific bacteria involved. The vet here agreed, and prescribed what was supposed to be enough medication for the full 8 weeks. We were also told to drop off a urine sample at the end of the course.

When the medication ran out, I brought in the urine sample and told the front desk we had just finished the 8 weeks. Several days later (close to a week) we were told the medication should have lasted longer, meaning we unknowingly didn’t get the full course. Therefore, the UTI has since returned. The office now seems to claim this was our fault, suggesting we gave too many pills, despite us following the prescription instructions exactly. To make matters worse, while our dog is now experiencing bloody urine, the focus has shifted to blaming us and promoting Purina dog food instead of urgently addressing her immediate medical needs. We are not opposed to considering a diet change—we’ve even tried in the past—but Purina alone will do little to stop the bleeding compared to completing a full, specialist-recommended 8-week course of antibiotics.

I have since called the office three times after noticing we were shorted antibiotics and all the vet tech keeps bringing up is Purina dog food. All the while, my dog is bleeding.

This is a real shame, because we truly liked coming here. But based on our experience and other reviews, mistakes here seem to be met with blame-shifting rather than accountability. Thankfully, we’re moving soon, and the new area has some great, well-reviewed vets. We’re hopeful our dog will finally get the thorough, compassionate care she needs.

TERRIBLE. Staff are rude and don’t care about your pet all they care about is money. It’s sad because I used to love going here and would drive 30 minutes to go here even after I moved when the female vet was there but after she left the whole practice went downnnnn hilll. They now only have one vet who is extremely rude and unknowledgeable, he had to look stuff up due to not knowing what to do about basic stuff and the receptionist is so unfriendly and rude it’s ridiculous, they just want u to pay them and get out. Don’t expect them to ever follow up with you about anything involving your pets either because THEY DONT CARE.

    Edit:
Nobody threatened anybody in ur office, I never said anything that should’ve been seen as a threat to anybody’s wellbeing or that would imply I want to cause harm to anybody, I am not that type of person and the fact that yall would make me out to seem like that when all I wanted was yall to care about my dogs is crazy. I simply told yall if you’re unable to give me the information I was requesting over the phone then I would be coming into the office to talk to the vet in person. Not sure how yall took that as a threat…. but anyways AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!!! I’ve gone here for 4 years (my dogs whole life) and they let one of my dogs ear infections go untreated for A YEAR! I had to ask multiple times at the appointment for her ears to be checked further because they kept telling me they didn’t see anything. Well after they put it under a microscope she had a yeast infection in her ears that she was having symptoms from at the appointment LAST YEAR and they insisted there was nothing wrong. Even worse tho, my dog who has ALWAYS had stomach issues that they were aware of was recently diagnosed with megaesophagus, anemia, pneumonia AND his white blood cell count was off. How this place missed all these things (when I was in their office a week prior) since Ive brought my dogs there for their entirety of their life is really beyond me. I brought my dog to a new vet ONCE and they diagnosed him with all these things after the FIRST TIME MEETING MY DOG. When yall missed all these things for yearssss. That is absolutely ridiculous. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR PETS!!! ALL THEY WANT IS MONEY! My dog needed x-rays and extensive bloodwork that this vet never even thought of, I had my dog in there after losing 30 LBS and they still didn’t run any tests and sent me away with no answers. The new vet stated they have no idea how this place missed all of these things. My dog has a life threatening medical condition and now has to take multiple medications, and eat/drink in a bailey chair the rest of his life. My dog would’ve died if i kept going to this vet considering their lack of attention to the symptoms my dog has had his entire life. I can’t even express how much yall need to stay away from this place!

Over an hour for two shots. Do they make it right? No. They just overbook and do not care about your time whatsoever. I guess it’s time for a new vet!
