Initially my mom was sent a very disappointing bouquet that was missing add ons. I called and spoke to the owner who was wonderful and immediately made it right. She resent my mom a new bouquet that was absolutely perfect! Highly recommend as the owner is wonderful and cares about good quality.
After a blunder in delivering the flowers. The delivery came back with a fresh bouquet of flowers and an apology. Brought a smile to my wife's face and earned a great review ..thank you.
On the biggest flower shop holiday of the year Mother’s Day. I wandered in and said I’m sure you’re busy but I just wondering if I can get something small for my mom Sue looked at me and said of course I’m very busy but anything for you she cut out some time and she made me an arrangement for my mom. I couldn’t be more happy with a small town flower shop and Sue, who makes it so much nicer.
