“Pete and his crew did an excellent job on the exterior renovation (new roof, siding, windows, and gutters) of our home.

The crews showed up on site, when he stated they would and worked straight until they completed the entire job, including Saturdays. Their attention to detail, was incredible, they even went as far as matching the color of the gable vents to the new siding vs the standard white vent on every other home. All holes and corners were filled or caulked with color matched caulk. Every fixture had a white mounting block installed. They used high quality material and the installation was spot-on.

At the end of the job, Pete did a full walk-thru with us and identified a couple minor 'punchlist' items. His crew came back the next day to address the issues. Pete even sent his guys back a few months after their contract was complete to add a dryer vent on our addition that I forgot to ask for while they were here.

Their estimate, contract, and payment terms were clear and fair.

We are very satisfied with the work completed by PJ Sullivan Exteriors and the timeframe in which it was completed.

What started off feeling like an impossible project ended up turning out way better than we ever expected. Gil worked with us every step of the way, going over all the little details and making sure everything came out just the way we wanted. I was so impressed with Sal, that I asked them do an entire new roof on my Mother's home. They did a fantastic job. Looks great. We had a bad leak that took 3 tries to fix. Didn't stop Sal until he figured it out! Turns out it was not the roof, but an old bathroom pipe that was cracked. That is Excellent Customer Service!!!

“Valerio Contracting is the most AMAZING local company I've dealt with!My husband and I bought a new home that was a major fixer upper. The roof was old, layers and in disarray. The siding was cracked and leaking into our new home.Rick came promptly to assess the damage. He went into great detail about what needed repairs and what did not. His service was honest and direct.We contracted his company to do our roof on spots that had to be repaired after removing an old chimney and ended up doing the entire house. His fixed the leaking siding and gave us opinions on additional siding on the home that we agreed with and had repaired.We also had him add venting to our under roof soffits around the home. They sparkled up the gutters and added gutter guards. The house looks like it got a total face lift...AMAZING!From day one, Rick was on the job throughout the week.
