When they say preparation, they mean it. This walls had dozens of pictures and holes, plus we had removed built ins. They made it beautiful. I will absolutely use them again when I inevitably change my mind on color (again lol). The cut lines are flawless, nothing was painted over that shouldn’t have been. Fair price for a job very well done. One of my other contractors had recommended them to me and I cannot recommend them enough.
