Paul is hands down the best at what he does. He not only replaced my window, quickly demonstrating real expertise, he was able to free a stuck sliding glass door in my basement. He is an easy going pro, and I would not hesitate to call on him again.

showed up after a few calls, left a screwdriver to chock open a "glued" window . once paid ( I wasn't there to inspect final "finished job" but trusted he'd do the right job) he disappeared . never answered numerous calls and emails. unprofessional, unresponsive , and uninformed . I'd never waste my time or money on someone who could care less about his customers . can't believe he has any clients left
