Whenever I go for supplies,test water, or have them open close or service my pool or spa , everyone is knowledgeable , explains what I need and comes promptly. Also they don't try to sell what isn't needed
We just finished a pool project with B&B and worked directly with Derek Bagin. What a breath of fresh air! He is always helpful and responsive and extremely knowledgeable. From the time I originally met him all the way until the completion of the project he was always available to answer any questions we had. We just finished the pool and couldn't be happier. I'm a Realtor and I've been selling homes with their pools for years and everyone always raved about the quality of the work that went into building their pools and the level of service they provided. Great for pool equipment and chemicals. Always helpful and they happily do water tests while you wait. Only drawback, pool repairs by having a technician come out are definitely more expensive than average.
