After spending almost $200 on alterations on my husbands suit and my pants suit I found that they never shortened the sleeves on my husbands suit. I go back to them and the owner refused to do anything claiming she shortened them. Mind you they still sit on the same part of his hand as when I brought it in for alterations. There's no talking to her she's one miserable person and that's being nice. So now I have to spend more money elsewhere to get them Fixed. Would not recommend them.

I prepaid for a zipper fix on some shorts. When I came back two weeks later nothing had been done but dry cleaning, which wasn't what I paid for. My wife warned me that they also straight-up lost one of her shirts awhile back. I should have listened. This was my first and last experience at this place.

Beware when you use your credit card. They now charge a 4% fee to use a credit card. Either pay cash or try another place that does not charge a fee.The least businesses should do is let the customer know that they are charging a 4% fee instead of me finding out later. When I questioned it, he hung up the phone. Not the best customer interaction in my opinion. Probably lost my business.
