The receptionist is very pleasant. Have seen Jonathan Freet PA-C a few times for excellent care and communication. Today I saw Dr. Belser who performed several tests to properly follow up my URI and make further changes with a new Rx. Being a doctor myself I felts she has good diagnostic and treatment skills. This winter my wife was diagnosed with pneumonia there and they expedited a transfer to the Middletown Medical ER. So overall very happy with Chester Urgent Care.
Just wanted to thank all the wonderful staff at this urgent care for taking the time out of their holidays to help everyone this time of year. Came in with the flu early in the morning the day after Christmas and everyone was on their game, provided great medical care, and were an overall delight. Happy holidays, thank you!
My experience started with the front receptionist who frankly has no business being there she should go back to the McDonald's drive-thru window once inside it got a little bit better the assistant who took my blood pressure Etc was very nice and the PA was helpful they told me that they called in the prescription for Amoxicillin had to go to CVS twice they still hadn't sent it I called the front desk who again was the snarky 25-year-old girl who kept insisting that she sent it over finally CVS called them directly and had them resend the prescription which they clearly had not sent in the first place still waiting for test results 4 days later very frustrating
