Communication was poor, expectations were unclear, and follow-ups were often required just to get basic responses. Concerns and feedback were brushed aside rather than addressed, which made collaboration difficult.
Deadlines were missed without explanation, and there was little accountability when things didn’t move as promised. The strategy felt unfocused, and the final deliverables did not align with our goals or audience. We were repeatedly told things would improve, but they didn’t.
