Zacher Electric is a reliable and professional electrical service provider that has earned the trust of its customers. The company is among the most professional of tradespersons in the Buffalo Area. Their electricians are very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They are outstanding in knowledge, professionalism, and manners. They arrive right on time, diagnose issues, and offer solutions. The work is completed on time, professionally and at a very fair price. Their office staff is friendly and always calls back. They are so well-trained and always go the extra mile. When a customer needs immediate assistance, the company promptly reworks their schedule to accommodate the request. We had Zacher Electric come out to our home on two separate occasions. The first job required installing two closet lamps, replacing two light fixtures, and re-wiring a two-switch ceiling light. The second job was more pressing, with an inspection of our service line, meter, and electrical panel after a storm caused a tree to take out our neutral.

I was in the need of residential emergency service from damage caused by a wind storm. I used Zacher Electric in the past for updating my electrical service, so I decided to use them again. Everyone I dealt with was very accommodating and customer service orientated. The company owner arrived within two hours of the initial call to assess the work needed. The service employee arrived within an hour to complete the work. The work was completed quickly and professionally. I highly recommend this company for any electrical work.
We recently built a pole barn/garage. We’ve used Zacher electric before so naturally we called them again. Bob was at the house within a few days to go over the job, and get us an estimate.
It ended up being a 2 day job. Mike Z.was there both days. First day by himself we walked through and confirmed all of the details that were to be done. Jason was there on the 2nd day with Mike. They were both very friendly, and efficient with their work. When the job was completed they had cleaned up everything leaving no mess behind. They showed up both days right on schedule.
