About William St Laundry (formerly Parklane Laundromat)
William St Laundry is a clean and organized laundromat with a welcoming atmosphere. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and always there to assist customers. The owner is particularly down to earth and provides great service, giving full attention and readily helping with the machines. The process is fast and the environment is comfortably cool. The machines, while a bit older, work fine. The dryers are fantastic. For convenience, there is a wash and fold service. Customers can pass the time with a pinball machine and there are plenty of reasonably priced snacks. The restrooms for customers are quite clean. It is a place where doing laundry can actually be fun, leading many to recommend it to friends and family.
I came here today because of the good reviews. I'll go back again because of the service. The owner was onsite and gave me his full attention as soon as I approached the counter. I didn't know how to use the machines and he was a huge help. He showed me how to load my stuff, and recommended how I could save money. This guy was friendly and helpful to every customer he encountered.
As for the laundromat, it was clean and organized. There's a pinball machine in the back for customers to pass the time away and plenty of reasonably priced snacks too. They also offer wash and fold services, which is a nice convience for those who need it.

10 Stars if I could !! The Owner is the most down to earth person I have seen in Decades !! The Dryers are Fantastic!! Really cool too they have a pinball machine and snacks. I used to go to the laundromat in Kaisertown well No more this is the place to do laundry, tell your friends and family I actually had fun doing laundry.
Machines are a bit older but worked fine for me with the exception of the change machine which jammed. Fortunately the attendant was pleasant and quickly took the trouble to resolve the issue. Bathrooms are older yet quite clean. Temp was kept comfortably cool inside despite the hotter weather outside.
