Based on the reviews, VNA of WNY provides excellent professional home services after surgery. Physical therapists like David Bates, Alexis, Chris Abate, Stephan C., Ashley Kobler, Jeff Deeds, and Phil are knowledgeable, patient, and kind. They listen to issues, provide a great experience, and make all the difference in recovery. Therapists teach how to use a cane and walker properly, provide excellent exercises, and suggest things to work on between sessions. They discuss concerns and educate patients. The nurses, including Casey and Nancy Huber, are also very professional and kind. One nurse is described as gold, going beyond duty and doing extra perks. The staff have great spirits and vibes, greet families, and ask how patients are doing. They show dedication, loyalty, and empathy. Patients highly recommend VNA of WNY for anyone who needs excellent home services after surgery.
I had TKR surgery 2/2/26. David Bates was my in-home physical therapist for 3 weeks. Thanks to David, I had a great experience with PT. David listened to me when explaining my issues related to my knee. David's expertise, patience, and encouraging attitude made all the difference in the first steps of my recovery. I would highly recommend the VNA of WNY for physical therapy.
I strongly reccomend the VNA of WNY ( cheektowaga branch) for anyone who needs excellent professional home services after surgery. A big shout out goes to PT Alexis and Chris Abate. Chris Abate not only went out of his way to help but I learned much through his professional services. Thank you for teaching how to use the cane and walker properly ice and elevation providing me with excellent exercises and how I could use the kitchen ledge properly.( It was a pleasant way to exercise looking outside at the view).Thank you for discussing my concerns with me and educating me. I wanted to recognize Stephan C. for being great at his job and for being an outstanding home physical therapist for my mother. You can truly tell he enjoys his job and cares about his patients. From the first day we met Stephan he approached us with great spirits and vibes, he always greeted my family as he walked into our home, and asked how my Mom was doing each time he met with her. He takes his job very seriously and was extraordinary help for her. He was always suggesting things she could work on in between meeting with him, and even suggested more ways her family could help get her moving around more!
