I had a crack in my basement which would leak whenever we had a downpour. Initially Emmet came to give me an estimate. He explained exactly what they would do and I feel gave me a very fair estimate of what it would cost.He was a very nice polite young man. Dan and his crew came in to repair the crack. They were very polite and Dan explained all of the steps they would be taking to repair it. Because the crack was behind my stationary tubs, they had to be removed first, which was no small chore,since they were made of concrete. The job included replacing those tubs after the crack was repaired. I also had a pump which was used to pump water up into my septic system. When the crack was repaired and the new tubs were put in, one of the owners, Mark Utech came in and replaced the pump with a new updated type. I am so pleased with the work and the company. The crack is repaired and I have a nice set of new tubs and a new pump all done by the same company. Nice people, great work. I forgot to say that 35 years ago, the company repaired a crack which has yet to leak. Thank you Utech.
We had UTECH waterproof our basement earlier this year. With recent rain we noticed water and called UTECH to come out. Tony came to take a look and found it was our sump pump not working!! He took the time to hook up a spare sump pump when the problem we had was not the fault of UTECH. We highly recommend them and I give their name any time i see a post asking for recommendations.
