Update:I called and the owner really tried to make it right so I will be willing to give them another chanceWon't be returningI hired Magic Assistants twice before, once to clean my house and once to clean my sister's. Both times I was very impressed and everything looked great. The first time they came to my house for a "deep clean" I had a team of three come with no time cap but it only took them 2 hours and 45 minutes - my house was spotless, top to bottom. The house was not super dirty but they did spend a half hour scrubbing my neglected stair case.Today I had a team of 2 come for 2 hours.
