Worst eye center I’ve ever stepped foot into, went there for a check up to make sure an eye infection cleared up. My appointment was at 3 and I sat there for an hour an half, got called back and sat there. Finally walked out I will NEVER STEP FOOT INTO THAT FACILITY AGAIN. By no reason should I sit there for that long to make sure my eye infection is resolved!!!
A great experience was taken right away into the office. Appointments were easy to make. The office staff was friendly. Dr. Legarreta listened to what I had to say and was very accommodating.
Had an appointment for two of us last week. Had to reschedule it, which I did for today. We came in and the lady said our appointment was cancelled and scheduled for a recall. When I asked what that meant, she stated someone was supposed to call for a new date. She proceeds to be very rude to me as I tried to explain this was the new date. She wasn't even listening to me. So we walked out. Will never go back there. They have ripped us off enough and messed up our appointments for the last time.
