Guitar Center provides excellent customer service and a wide range of products. The store offers a convenient brick-and-mortar location for customers to find what they need. The staff is knowledgeable and passionate about their trade, with a particular standout being the new guitar tech who is helpful and skilled. The customer service team, led by the Customer Service Manager, is patient and willing to work through issues to find a solution. Sales associates are also knowledgeable and provide great demonstrations of products. The repair shop is highly recommended, with skilled technicians who can restore guitars to excellent playing condition. Overall, Guitar Center is a great place to shop for all guitar-related needs, with a team that is dedicated to providing excellent service and support.
My experience at the Cheektowaga Guitar Center location was first-rate, and was the direct result of the efforts of its outstanding staff. Dave, the manager, worked hard to get me the best deal possible on my trade-in. Jackson worked with me for a very long time to help me find exactly the right equipment for my needs. A very special shout-out to Joe, the repairman, who went over and above, using his expertise to bring the best out of my guitar. Everyone at this store was generous with their time, attention, and efforts, and made me believe they were working for my best interests. I highly recommend this location.
Great place. Got what you need when you need it, still cool to have a brick store to go to for stuff. Update the New Guitar Tech is the awesomeness, he helps all sorts. Had a hello kitty guitar for my cousins granddaughter and he strung it right up and tuned it. This kid was in heaven.
Brandon (Customer Service Manager) was very patient and willing to work through an inventory issue I was having with a guitar I was attempting to purchase. He work diligently on finding a solution and even offered to work on the issue, if I wanted to leave. Ultimately, he was able to bring the issue to the GM - Dave, and although it took well over an hour for the entire issue to be resolved, they did not stop trying and eventually resolved the issue for me. I am truly appreciative and thankful and I will continue to shop here versus any other location, due to the level of service I received.
