I dropped off my laptop because it wouldn't power on while I was trying to uninstall a program that Kaspersky had forced on. A day later, I called and spoke with Branden, explaining the situation. He recognized that I had some computer knowledge and discussed the issue with me for almost 20 minutes. He worked on it over the weekend but couldn't pinpoint the problem, and he helped me choose a new laptop. Whenever I've reached out by phone or email, he has responded promptly. Great place to take your computer/laptop vr headset for repairs. Offer to clean up your computers making them run like new. Parts available, PC and laptop sales. They also have a vinyl graphics department for custom designs for signs, cars windows etc.
