My family has been going to this dentist for nearly 20 years. Him and his staff are friendly and the place is very clean. I recently went to a different dentist because my dental insurance wasn't fully covered at Dr John's. But because of a horrible experience at Gentle Dentistry (Lancaster), I chose to go back to Dr John and pay a little out of pocket.
