Best Tiles has such a wonderful selection that we went right there to pick out what we needed for our remodeling project. Christine M. met us as we walked in with a smile! I proceeded to explain that this was for an out of town job and unfortunately, we were gathering information and would not be buying directly from them. It didn’t seem to matter. She helped us all along the way and made suggestions. Then she proceeded to put all the info into the computer so she could give us a printout of our selections. I can’t thank her enough!! Hopefully we can use the Best Tile that is close to our project area. Thank You Christine!!!

Excellent experience. Shaniqua was the most helpful person I have ever met. She knew a lot about the products and was patient with me not knowing exactly what I wanted. She was the perfect balance of being around without hovering. Her helpfulness really sealed the deal in us purchasing our tile here instead of other shops. Very impressed and happy with their wide selection.
