I just took my dog who has horrible anxiety and they were great with him. We got a nail trim. I believe the girls name was Larissa (sorry if I got the name wrong). She was amazing and quick.
Melinda was always sweet and understanding and liked my dog. the owner Jill not friendly..my dog is hyper and everytime we came in she rolled her eyes...then one time she cut my dog's nail too much and he yelped and turned to snap at her...of course he would..dog's are on a high scary table, their head in a noose basically and their paws grabbed against their will.. I would have snapped too, it hurt...she yelled at my dog??? are you serious?..you have to like all sogs if you have this business.. I will never go back .
