    I started doing yoga therapy with Stephanie a couple of months ago for long standing chronic one-sided back pain. I have loved working with and getting to know Stephanie. She is super knowledgable and really patient and non-judgemental. I love my practice that she tailored for me. It's super gentle and practical and Stephanie took great care to help me work it into my schedule with practicality. I loved the gentle movement and yoga nidra at the end. It's really helped me get back into my body and become more aware of my body and my back pain is now so much better. Highly recommend.

    I am a huge fan of Roots Holistic Wellness and Stephanie’s incredible classes. I live part time near Chatham and then also in NYC and I almost never miss her classes. She has made a huge difference in how my body moves, my balance and the sense of serenity that I have from her teaching. I work out 5-6 times a week in different modalities and Stephanie’s yoga therapy classes are a huge highlight. GO! Try one! You will never want to stop.
