“I am a new patient at Countryside Dental. I recently made my first appointment, which was going to be February 2025! I needed to switch to a dentist in my network. Countryside was also highly recommended to me by someone in my aquafitness class. This past weekend I developed terrible pain in a tooth, I emailed them on the off chance I could be seen. They went above and beyond. I received a call Monday morning and got an afternoon appointment. Although the road ahead is not pleasant and there is much work to do, I feel very supported with the plans discussed. Everyone was courteous, competent, compassionate and empathetic. Very grateful.“

“Great office staff, who put me on a waiting list and got me a cleaning appointment on the day I needed!I cannot say enough about my hygienists. I think her name was Josie. She was very informative and explained the correct way to brush my teeth. And not in a condescending way. My visit was more like a Dental workshop.Plus the dentist examined a problem tooth and rather than make up procedures she could do to correct it, she told me it is fine the way it is and nothing needs to be done unless I want to do something. The tooth is not in danger or any more vulnerable. Love the honesty!“
