My dentist for years, although I hadn’t been to the office in a few years, called this morning at 8:02am as I have a tooth that is zinging sharp pain…they said they would call me back. At 4:15pm I called them back, she said I could have next available appointment then proceeded to tell me it was in Mid October. I’m in pain I said, Amanda then said I know but I was told to offer you the next available.So unprofessional! Do better!

Great office staff, who put me on a waiting list and got me a cleaning appointment on the day I needed!I cannot say enough about my hygienists. I think her name was Josie. She was very informative and explained the correct way to brush my teeth. And not in a condescending way. My visit was more like a Dental workshop.Plus the dentist examined a problem tooth and rather than make up procedures she could do to correct it, she told me it is fine the way it is and nothing needs to be done unless I want to do something. The tooth is not in danger or any more vulnerable. Love the honesty!

I actually really like Dr. Schneider, but I had to leave the practice due to their inability to see me during an emergency. I was a patient for 4 years when I found myself in excruciating pain one Monday morning. I called and was told that she would see me the following Monday. 1 week later! I asked what to do about the pain, and they said to take Advil. Given the amount of pain I was in, this was a ridiculous response. I completely understand that painkillers are highly regulated, but I'd been a patient for 4 years, and I was told she wasn't going to give me anything. I asked if I should go to the ER, etc., and they said they'd call me back. They never did. From Monday...read full review
